The story of Fabio and his many freckles

The brief for this project consisted of being given two random words (pills and polka-dots), which had to connect narratively. Diving into memories of my own childhood, I illustrated a story of self acceptance for children. Fabio hates his freckles. He’s the only one who has them in his whole class. A magic pill promises change and a freckle-less life,  will it live up to its promise? Fabio is willing to find out.
